(WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REJECTED MAGAZINES) - (SHIPPING RULES)
All State and County Correctional Facilities determine the amount of items each inmate can receive per package. Federal Correctional Facilities can receive a maximum of 2 to 5 items per package. BUT NO MORE THAN 5 items per package order. Please be advised that our company will only ship the maximum of 5 magazines per package order to any prison facility. If you would like to send your family member more than 5 items, then you must place separate orders that will be shipped 3 days apart. (Please check the facilities shipping rules before ordering). We are not responsible for any packages that are rejected from the facility.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU GIVE US THE CORRECT FACILITY (Inmate Mailing Address)
Some Correctional Facilities have a physical address and an Inmate Mailing Address. Our records only reflect the previous facilities we have shipped too so please be sure to contact the facility BEFORE placing your order, if you are unsure of the package limits, what magazines titles they can or cannot receive and the correct inmate shipping location. If you give our company the wrong inmate mailing address and the order is rejected by the prison, you must then pay to reship the order back to the proper inmate prison address. (No Exceptions)
REJECTIONS & RETURN POLICY (All Sales Are Final) - (Absolutely No Refunds)
A package that is rejected by a prison facility can only be returned back to our company within 5 business days of the delivery date. The rejected package must have a MANDATORY rejection letter from the prison mailroom officer (ONLY). If the package is returned within the 5 business days allowed, the inmate will receive a courtesy credit only. This credit will be minus the initial shipping cost and minus our mandatory restocking fee of $3.00 per magazine returned. This courtesy credit will only be issued if the magazines are returned back to our facility in reselling condition, undamaged within 5 business days allowed and with the mandatory rejection letter from the prison mailroom officer (ONLY). This means if the magazines are damaged in anyway, no credit of any kind will be given. If the rejected magazines are not returned within the 5 business days allowed with the proper documentation from the prison, no credit will be given.
We will not except any rejected magazines after 5 business days of the package being delivered to any prison. (There will be no exceptions).
PLEASE NOTE: If the package we process and ship is rejected from a prison facility and returned back to our company without a rejection letter from the mailroom officer, you now have 2 options below:
(1) You can repay the shipping cost to resend the package to the facility once again. (or)
(2) You can pay to reship the package out to your home address.
