All State and County Correctional Facilities determine the amount of items each inmate can receive per package. Federal Correctional Facilities can receive a maximum of 2 to 5 items per package. BUT NO MORE THAN 5 items per package order. Please be advised that our company will only ship the maximum of 5 magazines per package order to any prison facility. If you would like to send your family member more than 5 items, then you must place separate orders that will be shipped 3 days apart. (Please check the facilities shipping rules before ordering). We are not responsible for any packages that are rejected from the facility.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU GIVE US THE CORRECT FACILITY (Inmate Mailing Address)
Some Correctional Facilities have a physical address and an Inmate Mailing Address. Our records only reflect the previous facilities we have shipped too so please be sure to contact the facility BEFORE placing your order, if you are unsure of the package limits, what magazines titles they can or cannot receive and the correct inmate shipping location. If you give our company the wrong inmate mailing address and the order is rejected by the prison, you must then pay to reship the order back to the proper inmate prison address. (No Exceptions)
PLEASE READ OUR REJECTION POLICY: (NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS, NO CREDIT)
