You can ONLY order 5 magazines per package order. If you wish to order more than 5 magazines, you must place an additional order. Most prison facilities only allow 3-5 magazines per package.

When making an order payment using Paypal. Please log out of your Paypal account and ONLY use your Paypay debit card.

Please make sure that you change the shipping and billing address before checking out. The billing address can not be a prison. (Your order will automatically be cancelled and refunded).

During check out, please remember to enter your family members inmate # after their last name or within our Special Notes section. If you neglect to enter this information, your order will be canceled & refunded.

We only ship to prisons. We do not ship to residential addresses.

All sales are final/ Once an order has been processed and given a tracking number, there will be absolutely no refunds or exchanges given.

Before placing your order, please know what the prison allows and what material will be rejected.

Orders Returned Or Rejected by a prison facility will be shipped to your home. Shipping expense must be paid by you.

If a rejected package is returned back to our facility, we will hold the package for 15 business days (ONLY). Once the package is claimed by you, then you have the option to pay the shipping cost for the package to be shipped to your home. If the package is not claimed by this time, the unclaimed package will be disposed of. (No Exceptions, No Refunds)

Please make sure before placing your order that you are giving us the correct inmate mailing address. If the package is rejected for the wrong mailing address, you will have to repay the shipping cost to reship the package to the correct address.

If you place an order for an inmate and he/she is then moved to a different facility, our company is not responsible. (No refund or credit will be given). If the package is returned, then you can repay the shipping cost to resend it to the new facility.

If you place an order for an inmate and the prison mailroom officer has an issue with the package, the prison officer must contact our company via US mail directly within 7 business days of the delivery. The prison must send our company the proper documentation. This is to protect you the customer and our company from theft and or fraud. We the company will not except any documentation from the customer directly.

All packages are shipped with tracking information from the United States Post office. Once a package reads delivered, it is then in the control of the prison. We the company have no control over prison policy.

There is no exchange of any magazine titles. All sales are Final.
